Responsible for the delivery and daily management of this event project for Sony Pictures. The role involved regular conference calls with the US-based client to oversee design approvals for furniture and graphics, including procurement and production. As Account Manager, Debra handled creative planning, timeline development, and budget management, while also leading on-site delivery and installation. Debra managed a team of 2D and 3D designers and project coordinators, as well as negotiated and oversaw suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
