Led the end-to-end delivery and day-to-day management of these exhibition projects, collaborating with Sepura to develop and present the stand design. Oversaw the creation of Marcom’s Pods—a series of units showcasing the client’s products—while managing both 3D and 2D design teams. Responsibilities included budget management, contractor negotiations, supplier coordination, and ensuring seamless on-site installation.
