Debra successfully delivered Day 2 Workshop Activities on-site, working closely with the logistics team and overseeing a team of seven room managers. This intensive 10-day programme featured workshops for over 4,750 European dealers, conducted in 22 languages with simultaneous translation by 100 presenters. As the primary point of contact and support for presenters, Debra ensured that each one received expert coaching from her team, enabling them to deliver their workshops effectively to their respective country’s dealers.
