VENDOR RETAIL INSTALLATIONS IN DUBAI AIRPORTS, DUBAI
For RCD, Debra served as the primary external client liaison for all major global retail brands installing in Dubai Airports for Dubai Duty Free. She managed reviews of concept and technical design submissions, overseeing more than 200 brand installations within a tight 12-month programme. Working closely with Dubai Duty Free Senior Management, she guided brands in developing design proposals that aligned with Dubai Duty Free guidelines and merchandising standards. Additionally, she played a key role in creating the Dubai Duty Free Vendor Design Manual and led an internal team of CAD draughtsmen to develop vendor design packs for distribution to brands. Debra also ensured compliance with Dubai Airport’s health and safety standards while providing ongoing technical support.
