MSC WORLD AMERICA: THE HARBOUR AREA, SAINT NAZAIRE
MSC World America offers a new world of cruising. B.studio was hired to provide the project management of the Owner Supplier items for The Harbour Area on deck 20 of this ship. As project manager Debra was responsible for coordinating and managing all suppliers’ items: production, delivery and installation on board. Regular online meetings were held with all suppliers and visits made, as required, to assess progress both at the factories and shipyard. Debra provided regular reporting to MSC and tracked and managed the project by the following project control processes: Actions Log, Requests for Information, Change Control, Lessons Log, Risk Register and Decisions Log.
