Debra works with clients and stakeholders to guarantee that all parts of your project will be delivered within agreed objectives, timelines and budgets, and with a smooth transition from design concept to installation and fit-out closure. 

Total project values range from £10k to over £150m; with budgets managed in excess of £1m and at locations within UK, Europe and the Middle East. 

Debra identifies issues early, so that projects run smoothly and are headache free, with minimal stress for her clients. Colleagues have said Debra’s strength is her ability to listen and engage with clients, quickly understand their requirements, find creative solutions and clearly define what needs to be done. 

Having trained as a designer, Debra understands the language and aesthetics of design. This, combined with PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner and PRINCE2® Practitioner Certification and project management skills developed over 20 years, means that she has a unique set of skills to effectively interpret the ideas and stories that clients want to communicate.

  • Detail design phase programme: 22 galleries delivered within 7 months for Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem Cultural Centre, Kuwait
  • Touring London’s iconic venues with UEFA Champions League Trophies 
  • Eurostar’s inaugural service launch, delivering a day’s events programme at St Pancras International Station, London

WORK WORLDWIDE:

  • Managing 200 brands and installations over 12-month programme within Concourse A at Dubai International Airport
  • Delivering workshops to 4,750 dealers in 24 languages over 10 consecutive days in Munich for Opel/Vauxhall
  • Organising supply/delivery of 10,000 bespoke branded water units within 5 days for retail launch in UAE
