Having trained as a designer, Debra understands the language and aesthetics of design. This, combined with PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner and PRINCE2® Practitioner Certification and project management skills developed over 20 years, means that she has a unique set of skills to effectively interpret the ideas and stories that clients want to communicate.
Debra identifies issues early, so that projects run smoothly and are headache free, with minimal stress for her clients. Colleagues have said Debra’s strength is her ability to listen and engage with clients, quickly understand their requirements, find creative solutions and clearly define what needs to be done.
A good communicator, Debra has an approachable and relaxed style when leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams; she is equally comfortable working with large or small groups on projects.
Total project values range from £10k to over £150m; with budgets managed in excess of £1m and at locations within UK, Europe and the Middle East.
